Exercise scientists help people increase general health by using a combination of biomechanics, physiology, psychology and performance analysis. They assess a person's individual requirements and develop an appropriate training program. Exercise scientists are primarily involved with improving peoples health and helping them recover from illness through physical activities.

Come and meet Guillaume.

I have been working on Adapted Physical Activity since 2010.

From 2013 to 2016 I worked as a therapist in two long-term care nursing homes, improving patient’s autonomy through rehabilitation and re-education. I also worked specifically with patients suffering from Alzheimer disease, reducing the deterioration of the patients’ conditions.

Before that, I worked as a Physical therapist in a home for brain-injured. My aim was to work on their physical and psychological health and help them regain their independence through adapted activities.

To put it in a nutshell, I create specifically adapted exercises which prevent and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, reduce the risk of bone fractures and injuries and help to maintain nutritional balance.
